Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a program planning professional to join the Integrated Program Planning department in a remote US-based role. The position collaborates with the Program Planning Manager, finance, contracts, and technical leads to develop, maintain, and evaluate performance against the Program Measurement Baseline (PMB). Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Experience in using MS Office suite products (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Experience with Microsoft Project (or similar project scheduling software).

Responsibilities

• Creation and maintenance of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) that are compliant with governmental and corporate requirements and which demonstrate the necessary cost and schedule integration.
• Assist in planning and cost estimating tasks
• Perform analyses and prepare reports to assist in ensuring that programs meet or exceed schedule commitments.
• Participate in the preparation of schedules for all contract work and perform and/or assist in analyses such as critical path, schedule risk and variance analysis.
• Incorporate contractual and programmatic changes into the IMS in order to maintain realistic current contract schedule baselines.
