Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or Business or related field.
Scaled Agile and ITIL certifications are beneficial.
Extensive experience in a similar position within a global technology services organization.

Responsibilities

Develops and drives product strategies across divisions and stakeholders.
Analyzes market trends and defines market requirements for current and future products.
Identifies new product development opportunities and enhances existing offerings.
Manages product lifecycle roadmaps and defines product specifications.
Vets vendors and manages partner relationships; coordinates with suppliers.
Educates staff and stakeholders on new or enhanced product offerings to optimize sales.
