Jobgether on behalf of a partner company seeks a Product Owner – Engineering Tools in the United States (Remote). You will drive development and delivery of software that improves AEC workflows, collaborating with engineers, QA, and stakeholders.

As a product owner, translate complex workflows into actionable user stories, lead discovery, and manage backlog priorities. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coordinate teams, and validate outcomes against business objectives with leadership growth

Qualificações

• 3–5 years in product ownership, business analysis, Agile delivery, software development, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting a software development team as PO, BA, Scrum Master, PM, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of architecture/engineering/construction workflows.
• Translate practitioner needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and clear requirements.
• Familiarity with Revit workflows; understand user workflows and model-based coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Own backlog prioritization and readiness for an Engineering Tools team.
• Collaborate with practitioners and stakeholders to identify workflow challenges and define solutions.
• Translate workflows into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
• Identify risks, integration challenges, and dependencies early in development.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, QA, and delivery teams to align priorities and expectations.
• Communicate product decisions and constraints to stakeholders.
• Validate release readiness against requirements and business outcomes.
• Gather post-release feedback and drive backlog improvements.
• Develop leadership through complex, cross-discipline initiatives.
