Job summary

AllShore Talent in the United States is seeking an experienced Product Owner for enterprise Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) engagements. You will connect clients, engineers, QA, PMs and product management to deliver high-quality, incremental solutions.

The role requires deep AEM platform knowledge, Agile delivery experience, and strong communication to mentor teams and manage backlogs across multi-functional groups.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years' experience in Web and/or ECMS technologies.
• 3+ years of direct client consulting experience.
• Previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst, and as a Scrum Master or Project Manager.
• Understanding of productized APIs, SaaS, SOA, Cloud Services, and Content Management Systems.
• Experience with Agile Scrum process, backlog management, and wiki systems such as Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality consulting services and lead ambassadorship in client relationships.
• Function as the lead Product Owner for enterprise projects.
• Deliver services with a deep understanding of the AEM platform and implementation best practices.
• Lead the team with deep expertise in the Content and Web Experience domain.
• Analyze complex project issues, identify gaps and solution options, and facilitate presentation/review with the client.
• Mentor and guide others on the team, from onboarding to complex implementation issues.
• Lead the team in identifying, capturing, and distributing knowledge and standard methodologies.
