Job summary

Tekmetric in Georgia is seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager to steer the metrics program and analytics for our SaaS platform. You will partner with product leadership to define, measure, and drive outcomes across retention, revenue, and customer engagement.

You’ll own dashboards, enable self-serve insights for PMs and cross-functional teams, and collaborate with Engineering and Data to ensure clean event tracking and data governance. Remote-friendly role with hybrid options.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in statistics and modeling (regression, correlation, forecasting).
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable product insights and roadmaps.
• Experience building or leading a product analytics or metrics program in SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve the product metrics program and frameworks.
• Build and maintain multi-variable outcome models relating inputs to business results.
• Create dashboards and self-serve analytics for cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data on event tracking and data governance.
