Job summary

Bitwarden is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Secrets Manager, owned by Bitwarden. You will shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a developer and DevOps-facing product used to manage secrets across CI/CD pipelines and production systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management focused on developer-facing, DevOps, or infrastructure products.
• Technical depth to read API docs and architecture diagrams; familiarity with CI/CD, Kubernetes, containerization, and IaC.
• Security-first orientation: authentication, authorization, audit logging, and credential lifecycle.
• Proven strategic ownership with roadmaps and hard decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own the Secrets Manager roadmap and strategy, define vision, set quarterly commitments, and prioritize.
• Lead continuous customer discovery with developers, DevOps, and platform teams; synthesize learnings into the roadmap.
• Write PRDs, PRFAQs, and strategy narratives; present thinking to executives, customers, and board.
• Partner with Product Owner to ensure backlog quality, planning, and delivery coordination.
• Own developer experience across surfaces: SDKs, CLI, Kubernetes operator, Terraform provider, CI/CD integrations, APIs.
• Deliver agentic credential access in Secrets Manager and coordinate with PAM and AI initiatives.
• Partner on go-to-market: positioning, pricing input, and launch readiness; be the technical voice in deals.
