• 5+ years of experience in product design or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate designs through sketches, wireframes, high fidelity mockups, and prototypes.
• Experience with planning and executing user research and testing cycles.
• Technical design expertise: designing systems and applying systems thinking.
• Collaborative and adaptable mindset.
• Demonstrated experience influencing leadership using data and user feedback.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and iterate concepts for new and existing product experiences.
• Create low-fidelity wireframes and production-ready designs for developer execution.
• Design and prototype solutions across desktop, mobile, web, and browser extensions.
• Conduct and moderate user feedback sessions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders across the company.
