Owner is building an AI-native platform for independent restaurants to manage online ordering, POS, and analytics. We are hiring a Principal Product Manager to lead reporting, shaping the understand half and collaborating with the AI team to anticipate future insights.

You will own data models, the builder experience, and curated reports, while aligning with cross-functional teams to deliver value across the platform. A remote-first, global team collaborates to drive restaurant success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Strong ability to ship software that drives customer value.
• Deep understanding of what makes a high-quality product.

Responsibilities

• Own the understand half of reporting end-to-end, including data models and builder experience.
• Partner with AI teams to surface upcoming insights for operators.
• Define data foundations that scale reporting across sales, menu, guests, payouts, labor and loyalty.
• Be the loud voice for customers and translate signals into priorities.
