eBSI Export Academy is seeking a Senior Product Manager with strong game design expertise to lead the creation, launch, and development of mini-games and game features that drive retention and LTV. You will focus on game mechanics, R&D, and player engagement, working remotely with international teams.

You will prioritize backlog, define metrics, and run experiments to optimize growth. Excellent analytical, UX, and CustDev skills are essential for success.

Formación

• Experience in game design (any gaming projects).
• Understanding of development processes (design / development / QA / support).
• Knowledge of product metrics: MAU, DAU, Retention, CR, ARPU.
• Strong hypothesis generation and experimentation skills.
• Experience with analytics and data-driven approach.
• Hands‑on experience with CustDev and in-depth interviews.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
• English level B2+.

Responsabilidades

• Develop mini-games and game features: from concept and mechanics to launch and optimization;
• Evaluate feature value and balance development effort vs expected business impact;
• Conduct R&D and analyze iGaming trends across key markets;
• Formulate and validate product hypotheses, run A/B tests;
• Perform competitive analysis and implement best gaming practices;
• Work with funnels, CJM, and identify growth opportunities for engagement;
• Define key product metrics and prepare reports;
• Prioritize backlog and build product roadmap;
• Analyze player behavior and generate data-driven initiatives.
