Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management for revenue-generating products across full lifecycle.
• 5+ years building or managing lending or credit products in financial services or regulated environments.
• 5+ years leading product strategy, roadmaps, sequencing, and prioritization decisions.
• 5+ years translating business and customer needs into product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• 5+ years using data to solve complex business problems.
• 3+ years coaching Product Managers and 3+ years of formal people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and roadmaps for Lending products and platforms.
• Develop Product Managers with clear ownership and coaching.
• Translate portfolio strategy into prioritized, delivery-ready requirements.
• Review and strengthen product strategies, business cases, and customer journeys.
• Drive cross-product trade-offs among value, revenue, cost, risk and speed to market.
• Ensure products have clear ownership, decisions, and readiness before delivery.
