Job summary
AEO Employment Services CO LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and drive customer product, marketing, and brand experience strategies across international retail channels and markets. This is a fully remote position with periodic in-person interviews at our Pittsburgh or NYC locations.
Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners to develop roadmaps, leading international ecommerce initiatives, and overseeing translations and tax considerations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in CS/IT/Business or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience defining business and technical requirements and backlogs for retail e-commerce product roadmaps.
- Proven ability to manage external partnerships and vendors for international platforms.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and international partners to develop and execute product roadmaps.
- Lead international e-commerce initiatives and platform launches with local payment gateways and languages.
- Oversee internationalization integrations for translation and global customer experience.
- Supervise 1099 contractors and manage SLAs, contracts, and budgets.
