Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for MyConnect.
• Partner with executives and stakeholders to identify opportunities and prioritize investments.
• Conduct customer research and field engagement to improve frontline employee experience.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations to launch and optimize features.
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve digital experiences.
