Recorded Future is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own takedown capabilities within Digital Risk Protection. You will shape vision, priorities, and the operating model, partnering with Engineering and AI teams to improve validation, evidence collection, and reporting.

The role emphasizes scalable workflows, external partnerships, and safeguarding policies across global regions. You will drive improvements in service delivery, align Product, Engineering, Legal, Support, and commercial teams,

Qualifications

Direct experience delivering digital takedown services and ownership of takedown lifecycle.
Understanding of how requirements vary by threat type, provider, platform, geography, evidence standard, and policy basis.
Experience turning complex manual operations into scalable product strategy, requirements and workflows.
Technical fluency with APIs, automation, AI-assisted workflows, integrations, and human-in-the-loop controls.

Responsibilities

Own the strategy and roadmap for takedown capabilities within Digital Risk Protection.
Strengthen service delivery by assessing workflows, performance and customer pain points and driving improvements.
Scale the capability by prioritizing high-impact takedown types and translating requirements into scalable workflows.
Design the operating model with Engineering and AI teams for validation, evidence, submission, monitoring, and reporting.
Establish safeguards with Legal and external experts addressing authorization, false positives, liability, and regional differences.
Build relationships with registrars, hosting providers, platforms, and disruption partners to improve speed and success.
Measure impact and collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on packaging, adoption, and growth.
