You will collaborate with engineering, legal, and operations on compliance, measure outcomes, and refine the roadmap.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of product experience in software applications.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI in product work and prototypes.
• Knowledge of large language models, prompting, and agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and design features for core products solving customer problems.
• Drive Message Center forward as a core Patient Experience product.
• Identify AI opportunities to reduce staff effort or improve patient interactions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define AI quality measures and launch criteria.
• Perform market research and analyze customer segments and pricing options.
• Prepare software design plans including specifications and UI wireframes.
