Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Technology to guide the expansion of Ensemble IQ workflow products in the backend revenue cycle. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and roadmaps, document definitions, and ensure value-driven delivery in an Agile framework.

The role requires 5+ years in related roles, 3+ years in Agile, and 3+ years in healthcare revenue cycle knowledge.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
5+ years in business analyst/product owner roles.
3+ years in agile environment.
3+ years Domain knowledge in Healthcare Revenue Cycle.
Ability to work independently and in team environment.
Excellent communication across business and technical spaces.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with revenue cycle operations to develop product requirements and roadmaps.
Gather and document user requirements and develop business cases (revenue yield, cost savings).
Contribute to IT steering committee funding/approval requests.
Collaborate with engineering to deliver prioritized features in Agile/DevOps.
Create, maintain, and communicate prioritized product backlogs.
Contribute to marketing collateral and product demonstrations.
Coordinate deliverables with global teams.
