Job summary

Athletic Greens is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Operations for a 6-month contract to drive the innovation pipeline from concept to launch. You will own timelines, coordinate with R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing, Quality, and Regulatory, and ensure on-time delivery of new products and line extensions.

Responsibilities include developing detailed plans, managing risks, and maintaining alignment with AG1's quality standards and time-to-market goals in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience with product development, innovation, or portfolio management.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end product development lifecycle and go-to-market processes.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and meeting milestones.
• Proficiency with project management tools and stage-gate processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development for new products and extensions—from ideation to launch.
• Manage the innovation portfolio's stage-gate process and milestones.
• Collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing, Quality, and Regulatory.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Identify and mitigate risks across the development pipeline.
• Use tools like Asana and Google Sheets to track tasks and deliverables.
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
