Job summary

AG1, a health-focused company, seeks a Senior Project Manager, Operations for a 6-month contract. You will lead end-to-end product development from concept through launch, coordinating with R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing, Quality, and Regulatory to achieve on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in project management for product development, strong communication, and proficiency with Asana; capable of handling multiple milestones and risk management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 5+ years of PM experience in product development, innovation, or portfolio management.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end product development lifecycle including go-to-market processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and hit milestones.
• PM tools expertise (Asana); stage-gate experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development for new products and line extensions from ideation to launch.
• Manage the innovation portfolio's stage-gate process and milestones.
• Collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing, Quality, and Regulatory on timelines and specs.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans with milestones and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate risks across the development pipeline and flag bottlenecks.
