Job summary

Athletic Greens seeks a detail-oriented Retention & Loyalty Analyst to support AG1 loyalty and retention programs on a 6-month contract. You will manage A/B tests, monitor program performance, and deliver data-driven insights to cross-functional teams, partnering with Data Science and IT to keep tests moving and reporting sharp.

The role requires 3+ years in marketing analytics, strong data storytelling, and proficiency with Jira/Asana.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in marketing analytics.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience developing and maintaining recurring scorecards or dashboards.
• Solid understanding of A/B testing principles and statistical significance, with experience supporting or helping manage tests.
• A proactive, curious approach to data — comfortable digging past the surface-level numbers to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Familiarity with KPIs used to measure loyalty, retention, and/or e-commerce performance (e.g., LTV, purchase frequency, churn rate, save rate).
• Ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Comfort working with data science partners to scope, submit, and follow up on analytics requests.
• Experience with ticketing/project tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) to manage a recurring reporting cadence and cross-functional follow-up.
• Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple work streams at once.

Responsibilities

• Support test setup, monitoring, readout, and recommendations for loyalty and retention experiments.
• Monitor performance dashboards for loyalty programs and proactively flag trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain KPI tracking, scorecards, and recurring reporting across loyalty and churn metrics.
• Analyze results to identify gaps and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Manage merch planning for the loyalty program, including inventory tracking and replenishment planning.
• Prepare data and materials for MBR/QBR reporting on loyalty performance and retention.
