Job summary

Parachute Health, LLC is seeking a Staff Product Designer to own the end-to-end UX for the supplier admin workflow and integrations across our HME order-management platform. You will shape discovery, define patterns, and build reusable design systems to empower multiple teams.

You’ll collaborate across operations, sales, design, product, and engineering to drive strategy, deliver high-quality interfaces, and mentor peers while navigating a fast-changing startup environment.

Qualifications

• End-to-end human centered design expertise spanning discovery to high-fidelity design and implementation for complex B2B products.
• Workflow/configuration tooling experience designing for workflow management, CRM, or data-centric products with rule and integration configurations.
• Technical acumen to read API design and translate insights into user experience implications.
• Exploratory craft and leading rapid prototyping to align stakeholders and de-risk complex initiatives.
• Openness to new tools and a proactive, curious mindset to adopt evolving AI tools as they emerge.
• Proactive collaboration with stakeholders across teams and leadership to drive decisions and strategy.
• Adaptability in a fast-changing startup environment and experience contributing to design systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end UX for admin workflow setup and integrations, building reusable, documented systems.
• Lead discovery to define territory and turn findings into repeatable practices for other teams.
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and validation testing to improve UX.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, designers, PMs and engineers to define product strategy through design-led activities.
• Work with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
• Raise the bar on critique, pattern stewardship, and mentorship to foster design excellence.
• Contribute to a mature design system and guide teams in applying patterns and components.
