Tabby is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the merchant experience for BNPL, spanning web and mobile dashboards. You will shape the Merchant Dashboard, design self-service tools, and partner with product, engineering, and UX to deliver clear, data-driven interfaces.

You thrive in complexity, own problems end to end, and bring strong craft and product thinking. Remote-friendly role with collaboration across time zones and a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design digital products, ideally fintech/B2B.
• Strong craft with a compelling portfolio and excellent Figma skills.
• Comfort designing across web dashboards and native mobile interfaces.
• Strong product thinking: align design with business goals and user needs.
• Ability to convert ambiguity into clear design solutions.
• Proficiency with AI tools to prototype and accelerate work.

Responsibilities

• Own merchant journeys end to end in the Merchant Dashboard (web and mobile).
• Upgrade core dashboard pages (transactions, settlements, invoices) and design new self-service tools.
• Create clear, data-dense interfaces for complex financial/operational data.
• Iterate on merchant experiments and features with the PM; measure outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX researcher and UX writer to solve merchant problems.
• Use data and research to inform design decisions and validate hypotheses.
• Maintain consistency across Tabby streams and contribute to the design system.
• Leverage AI tools in prototyping and ideation; move solutions toward code.
• Present work to stakeholders with clarity and alignment.
