Tabby is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the B2C customer journey inside the Tabby app. You’ll unify experience across Card, Cash, BNPL products, ensuring a cohesive lifecycle from onboarding to first transaction and beyond.

You will collaborate with product, research, writers, and engineers to ship high-quality, user-centric design with a focus on growth and retention across a remote team.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of product design experience for consumer products at scale.
• Strong systems thinking: manage multiple products in one journey.
• Ability to simplify fragmented experiences into one cohesive flow.
• Strong product thinking: balance business goals with customer needs.
• A portfolio showing end-to-end ownership from problem framing to polished UI.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with product, research, writers, and engineers.
• High craft standards and care for user-facing delivery.
• Familiarity with AI tools to streamline workflows.

Aufgaben

• Design a single, cohesive customer journey across Tabby products.
• Design onboarding that explains product value in clear language.
• Design activation of Tabby Card, Tabby Cash, and BNPL up to first transaction.
• Create moments and messaging to bring customers back and transact.
• Shape the subscription experience within the same journey.
• Collaborate with product teams to align products and maintain seamless flow.
• Work with PMs to translate problems into customer-centered design.
• Partner with UX Researchers and Writers to validate and clarify value.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure quality in production.
