Job summary

Figure Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to join its Legal team in the United States. The role focuses on securities law, governance, capital markets, and M&A, reporting to the Chief Legal Officer and collaborating with the CEO and senior executives.

You will handle day-to-day corporate matters, lead end-to-end M&A transactions, and advise on novel securities initiatives across blockchain-related products and services.

Qualifications

• Deep subject matter expertise in the Securities Act of 1933 and Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
• Hands-on experience with broker-dealer regulation, including SEC and FINRA rules.
• Public company reporting, disclosure judgment, and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise on general corporate matters including governance and commercial transactions.
• Support public company governance and reporting, including Exchange Act filings and compliance.
• Lead M&A activity end-to-end from structuring to post-closing integration.
• Advise broker-dealer and marketplace businesses on SEC and FINRA regulatory matters.
• Partner with senior leadership on securities law initiatives related to blockchain assets.
