Job summary

Alkami is seeking a Sr Product Analyst to bridge stakeholders and cross-functional teams, driving data-backed decisions and scalable solutions. The role emphasizes translating business needs into clear documentation and guiding feature development with product managers and engineers.

You will collaborate across analytics, product, and engineering to align goals, improve processes, and mentor junior analysts in a remote-first, fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to structure and communicate complex business problems and solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience working in or closely alongside Product Management organizations.
• Experience managing competing priorities and driving alignment among multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with executive and technical audiences.
• Familiarity with financial modeling or business case development is preferred.
• Knowledge of digital banking or fintech products is preferred.
• Experience with backlog grooming, release planning, and product roadmapping tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive stakeholder alignment by leading requirements gathering sessions and facilitating consensus across teams.
• Translate complex business challenges into clear documentation, including use cases, user stories, and functional requirements.
• Conduct data-driven analysis by synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data to uncover trends, insights, and recommendations.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to shape feature development and ensure alignment with business outcomes.
• Enhance cross-functional collaboration by acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams.
• Develop visual artifacts (e.g., process flows, wireframes, journey maps) to aid in decision-making and implementation.
• Improve product and process performance by identifying bottlenecks and recommending optimization opportunities.
• Support testing and validation by creating test cases and participating in user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Contribute to strategic planning by supporting roadmap discussions with insights and structured documentation.
• Promote best practices by mentoring junior analysts and sharing knowledge of tools, techniques, and frameworks.
