Job summary

Alkami Technology, Inc. is seeking a Sr Product Analyst to bridge stakeholders and cross-functional teams. You’ll drive requirements, enable data-backed decisions, and align product capabilities with business goals in a remote-first environment across the US.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of related experience, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and strong SQL/Excel and Power BI/Tableau skills. You’ll collaborate with PMs, engineers, and executives to optimize features and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Shows ability to structure and communicate complex business problems.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Understands Agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience working with Product Management teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements sessions and align stakeholders across teams.
• Translate business needs into use cases, user stories, and functional specs.
• Perform data-driven analyses to reveal trends and recommendations.
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers to shape feature development.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration between technical and non-technical groups.
• Create visual artifacts to aid decision-making and implementation.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
• Assist in testing and UAT with test case creation.
• Support roadmap discussions with structured documentation.
• Mentor junior analysts and share best practices.
