RTX is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead supplier relationships and manage complex procurements within the Supply Chain function. You will oversee RFQs/RFPs, ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR, and collaborate with Finance, Engineering, and Program Management on sourcing solutions.

You will negotiate terms, manage high-value purchases, and mentor team members. Travel up to 10% may be required, with a focus on delivering efficient, compliant procurement for U.S.

Formación

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience, or a minimum of 5 years of experience with an advanced degree.
• Experience in leading and managing procurement processes, projects, and tactics in a procurement work area.
• Experience with supplier management, including performance management, relationship management, and supplier recovery efforts.
• Experience managing various contract types including CPFF and FFP purchase orders (FAR/DFAR) with build-to-print/specifications and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead procurement efforts for multiple programs, fostering relationships with suppliers and administering subcontracts throughout the acquisition lifecycle.
• Manage supplier performance, including proactive supplier management, leadership engagements, and supplier recovery efforts.
• Issue and resolve conflicts of medium to high complexity in compliance with regulatory (FAR/DFAR) and corporate requirements for various subcontract types, including Cost Types, Firm Fixed Price, and Time & Materials.
• Prepare, issue, evaluate, and manage RFQs/RFPs.
• Conduct price and cost analyses, negotiate contractual terms and mitigate supplier risks.
• Administer and manage high-value and complex material and service procurements, including purchase orders and subcontracts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify solutions to sourcing challenges.
• Provide procurement and supplier management support for U.S. Government and Commercial contracts.
• Monitor procurement reports and drive performance to meet company metric targets.
• Travel up to 10% as required.
