Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Principal Analyst - Senior Pricer to lead pricing for Federal proposals, with emphasis on DoD pricing. The role reports to the Senior Director of Federal Pricing and partners with the Proposal Response Team.

The position is remote and requires deep experience in competitive cost analysis, price-to-win strategies, and complex cost proposals for Federal customers, including DOD. Strong Excel and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Price to Win or pricing experience in state/federal procurements.
• Strong knowledge of government pricing in State and Local markets.
• Experience presenting to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Perform competitive cost analyses and price-to-win estimates for proposals.
• Support pricing strategy development and risk assessment for RFPs.
• Coordinate inputs from divisions and validate pricing data.
• Present pricing highlights and risks to the executive team.
