Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Principal Analyst - Senior Pricer with Federal DoD Pricing experience to lead pricing for federal proposals, delivering and overseeing price components for RFP submissions and collaborating with the Proposal Response Team.

This is a remote position reporting to the Senior Director of Federal Pricing, requiring strong cost analysis, price-to-win strategies, and the ability to present results to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management, Accounting or Financial Management or related discipline.
• 10+ years of Price to Win, Pricing, or financial proposal experience in State and Local procurements.
• Strong understanding of government pricing market and procurement tendencies.
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills; ability to present to senior management.
• Knowledge of statistical methods for forecasting and competitive behavior.

Responsibilities

• Read RFPs and prepare pricing clarifications.
• Validate inputs from divisions and consolidate price inputs.
• Perform cost analyses and estimates for complex proposals.
• Identify financial risks and run what-if analyses.
• Collaborate with Price-To-Win team on pricing.
• Lead pricing strategy discussions and provide leadership.
