Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Public Relations Lead to join our Communications team. This senior storyteller will shape corporate and product narratives, turning complex product concepts into media-ready stories and helping reposition Klaviyo as an autonomous B2C CRM.

You’ll own PR strategy, lead executive thought leadership, manage agencies, and collaborate with our Head of Communications and C-suite to bring these stories to life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, media relations, or related field.
• Experience in technology, SaaS, B2B, or other high-growth companies preferred.
• Demonstrated experience developing corporate and product communications strategies, partnering with senior executives, and leading high-impact media and thought leadership programs.

Responsibilities

• Own PR across corporate and product communications, aligning media strategy with company goals, product launches, and milestones.
• Drive media engagement across business, tech, trade and broadcast; pitch stories and secure coverage.
• Develop executive thought leadership programs and secure speaking opportunities for C-suite leaders.
