Job summary

Leidos Energy seeks a Senior Project Manager - Transaction Services to guide financial and technical project transactions across generation and storage assets. You will coordinate with developers, utilities, investors, and lenders, aligning costs, schedules, and risks while shaping strategic bids and contracts.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s in engineering, 12+ years of related experience, and may have an MBA and PE certification.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline from an accredited university.
MBA is beneficial for some roles within energy consulting and transactions.
Professional Engineer (PE) certification is favorable.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with project developers, utilities, equipment manufacturers, investors, bankers, and advisors.
Determine and review project economics including costs, budgets, staffing, sub-contractors, and risk.
Lead project teams and manage proposals, bids, contracts, estimates, and schedules.
Coach cross-functional teams to achieve goals and resolve issues.
