Qualifications

• Extensive experience running dynamic stateful Postgres workloads at scale.
• Deep knowledge of Go, Linux, and Apate.
• Contributions to the Postgres ecosystem or related tooling.
• Track record building internal systems and tools for managing Postgres at scale.
• Experience analyzing database performance and tuning Postgres workloads.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing Cloud features for the database, across stack layers for a seamless Postgres experience.
• Ensuring operational excellence, performance, and observability for Postgres/Timescale instances.
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex performance issues faced by Cloud customers.
