Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum: 8–10 years of post-award grant administration experience.
• Experience managing NIH funds at the department level is preferred.
• Equivalency statements for education are possible (e.g., bachelor’s degree equals 4 years of related experience).

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate grant accounting and assist with timely submission of progress and final reporting to Sponsors.
• Calculate effort, monitor subcontracts, and resolve complex issues.
• Assist with ensuring lab financial health and work with OSP and GCA to meet institutional requirements.
• Manage NIH funds within an academic setting.
