Qualifications

• Equivalency: 1 year of higher education may substitute for 1 year of related work.
• For Grants and Contracts Officer II: bachelor's + 4 years or master's + 2 years.
• For Officer III: bachelor's + 6 years or master's + 4 years.
• For Officer IV: bachelor's + 8 years or master's + 6 years.
• Must be local and able to work on-site as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre- and post-award grant processes across departments.
• Draft proposals, develop budgets, and manage submission timelines.
• Maintain grant reconciliations and communicate with funders.
• Provide administrative support to Principal Investigators and labs.
