Qualifications

• 6+ years in health insurance, government, or health policy fields.
• 2+ years of project management or coordination using Agile/Waterfall/Lean.
• Experience with medical claims, eligibility data, and databases.
• SQL and Python knowledge for data analysis and reporting (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Support program leadership in delivering high-quality services and client deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage projects of moderate complexity.
• Monitor program status, validate deliverables, and ensure client requirements alignment.
• Coordinate with engagement, operations, and technical teams to resolve issues.
• Perform QA reviews and document findings to drive improvements.
