A1M Solutions is seeking a Policy Analyst to provide high-level expertise at the intersection of policy, data, and UX design. You will analyze complex government policies, draft guidance, and collaborate with design, engineering, and product teams to implement solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Portfolio or resume demonstrating government health experience.
• Experience with Medicare, ACA, and Medicaid/CHIP.
• Previous work with government health agencies.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex policies and statutes to develop recommendations.
• Draft policy guidance and work with design and engineering teams to implement solutions.
• Communicate policy insights to UX researchers, designers, and stakeholders to achieve client outcomes.
• Synthesize policy for clients and stakeholders.
• Assist with design, development and implementation strategy for products and services.
