Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Medicaid policy, health policy consulting, or related government programs.
• Ability to analyze Medicaid policy, program design, and payment policy.
• Proven track record leading complex workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior clients.
• Experience advising federal/state clients on policy design and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior Medicaid policy and implementation advisor for the AHEAD Model, collaborating with CMS staff.
• Lead cross-functional Medicaid work across task teams, setting plans and milestones.
• Provide policy consultation on payment reforms and multi-payer alignment.
• Translate complex policy issues into clear options and actionable recommendations.
• Review deliverables for policy alignment, quality, and usability.
