Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management for US-based projects.
• Experience in exterior construction, façade restoration, roofing, waterproofing, masonry.
• Strong ability to delegate, establish PM processes, and manage multi-disciplinary teams.
• Openness to modern PM tools for visibility across projects.
• Experience creating scalable workflows with clear KPIs.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to interact with executives, clients, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Autonomous and proactive with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee exterior construction and restoration projects from initiation through closeout.
• Develop and refine internal PM systems, tracking tools, and workflows.
• Delegate tasks to remote and field teams to balance workloads.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, field crews, superintendents, remote staff, vendors, clients, architects, and engineers.
• Maintain schedules, track milestones, manage delays, and clear bottlenecks.
• Track budgets, change orders, procurement, and material deliveries to ensure profitability.
• Coordinate material shipments and field resources to keep sites equipped.
