Job summary

Experian is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Eligibility & Coverage, to own the strategy and roadmap for hospital health-system products used to verify insurance eligibility and undisclosed coverage. You will guide an engineering team (~3–8 engineers) and be the main contact for health-system customers on eligibility questions.

You will drive market research, build business cases for high-impact initiatives, and use analytics to improve accuracy and payer data sources while embedding AI tooling

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, end-to-end ownership.
• Experience in healthcare IT, RCM or payer operations preferred.
• Ability to guide an engineering team and own a roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Own eligibility verification, coverage discovery, and payer connectivity capabilities.
• Drive market research and data analysis to shape the long-term roadmap.
• Monitor performance using analytics to improve coverage accuracy.
• Lead a small engineering team delivering eligibility products.
• Collaborate with design/engineering on payer connections and data sources.
• Lead customer meetings, gather feedback, and negotiate competing requests.
