Job summary

Orchestry is a remote-first SaaS company building tooling for Microsoft 365. We seek a Senior Platform Engineer to design, implement, and operate scalable infrastructure across Azure, containers, and DevOps pipelines, partnering with Developers, Product, Security, and QA to deliver reliable software for numerous customers.

You’ll drive IaC, CI/CD, and observability, mentor teammates, lead incident response, and champion SRE practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years DevOps production experience with a SaaS product.
• Hands-on IaC from scratch using Terraform/Bicep.
• Experience containerizing services for production-grade deployment.
• Nice-to-have: 3+ years .NET platform experience.
• Proficient in GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps Pipelines.
• Strong networking and cloud security knowledge (Azure).

Responsibilities

• Convert Dockerfiles to production-ready multi-stage builds.
• Stand up and manage a container registry with access policies.
• Extend CI/CD pipelines for container builds and deployments.
• Create IaC modules covering compute, database, storage, and monitoring.
• Design health endpoints and monitoring instrumentation.
• Lead incident response and RCA efforts.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Security, and Product teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote reliability engineering practices.
