Job summary

BlastX Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead complex marketing technology projects, manage client relationships, and act as a strategic advisor.

You will drive analytics implementation, data-driven decisions, and cross-functional collaboration, mentoring juniors, and delivering scalable solutions.

This fully remote role requires US-based work authorization and offers competitive compensation with travel up to 5%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in MarTech analytics or related fields with leadership.
• Expertise in analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Adobe CJA, Amplitude, and GA4.
• Proficiency with tag management systems such as Adobe Tags (Launch), Tealium IQ, or Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs) and integrations with marketing automation, CRMs, and e-commerce platforms.
• Advanced JavaScript for scalable tracking architectures and data layers.
• Experience with server-side implementations.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Awareness of AI-driven marketing trends.

Responsibilities

• Own high-value client engagements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Lead platform and architecture audits for scalability and privacy.
• Oversee analytics tool implementations to measure performance across digital touchpoints.
• Configure tag management systems for accurate data tracking.
• Manage CDP integrations for personalization and segmentation.
• Collaborate with clients to develop strategic roadmaps including AI-powered personalization.
• Author scopes of work and resource plans for large projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide training on analytics implementations.
• Review and validate deliverables and manage client expectations.
• Contribute thought leadership via blogs/webinars and case studies.
• Identify trends like ML for predictive analytics and AI-powered recommendations.
