Job summary

BlastX Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant to drive data-driven digital strategies for diverse clients. This remote US-based role blends client leadership with hands-on analytics, using tools like Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Snowflake to deliver measurable impact.

You will guide cross-functional teams, translate findings into actionable recommendations, and help elevate marketing performance and customer lifetime value across campaigns.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of consulting with a track record of turning data into business value.
• Proven experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving with cross-functional collaboration.
• Translate analytics findings into actionable recommendations and activations.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, SQL, or Snowflake is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and cross-functional collaboration, advising on digital strategy.
• Engage stakeholders to assess challenges, align recommendations with business objectives, and communicate findings clearly.
• Facilitate collaborative problem-solving sessions to diagnose issues and develop data-backed solutions.
• Apply advanced data analysis to extract insights and shape ROI-focused recommendations.
• Contribute to implementing solutions that integrate with clients' systems and deliver outcomes.
• Use Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Snowflake to build reports and dashboards.
• Establish KPIs and provide regular performance reporting.
