Job summary

enGen is seeking a remote Planview Administrator to manage Planview Portfolios, Planview Enterprise Architecture, AgilePlace and ProjectPlace environments. You will configure portfolios, lifecycles, workflows, and governance checkpoints while delivering executive dashboards and data-driven insights.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, handle integrations with Power BI, Jira, ServiceNow, and maintain data quality and governance across multi-product Planview solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Planview Portfolios including user/group/role administration
• Knowledge of Planview EA, AgilePlace and ProjectPlace modules
• Experience with planview reporting and dashboards
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality initiatives
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience with integrations (e.g., Power BI, Teams, SharePoint) and governance processes

Responsibilities

• Planview Portfolios Administration and governance
• Configure lifecycle, workflows, and approvals
• Develop and maintain Planview reports and dashboards
• Support data mapping, data quality, and reference data management
• Coordinate release planning, environment management, and governance boards
