Job summary

enGen is seeking a seasoned IT professional to administer Planview Portfolios and supporting workflows. You will implement lifecycle and governance processes, manage user access, and oversee integrations with tools like Jira, ServiceNow, SAP, and Power BI.

You will contribute to demand, project, and portfolio planning, build dashboards, and ensure data quality across multiple plans. Remote role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5-7 years IS/IT experience.
• Experience with Planview tools and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Planview Portfolios Administration including user/group/role management, security, access provisioning.
• Configure lifecycle management, scripted dialogs, conditional logic, approvals, and governance checkpoints.
• Support demand, project, and portfolio management processes and reporting.
• Develop executive dashboards and data quality reports; ensure governance and standards.
