Job summary

enGen is seeking a skilled Planview administrator to manage portfolios, workflows, and governance across multiple products. You will configure lifecycle processes, support integrations (Jira, ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, Power BI), and develop executive dashboards to track portfolio health.

The role requires expertise in Planview Portfolios, data governance, and cross-team collaboration. Remote position with potential for US-wide travel and involvement in governance initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field is required.
Experience administering Planview Portfolios and related tools.
Knowledge of data governance, reporting, and integration concepts.

Responsibilities

Planview Portfolios Administration including user/group/role management.
Configure workflow, lifecycle management, and automation.
Develop executive and governance dashboards with Power BI.
Support integrations across Planview, Jira, ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, Power BI, Teams, and SharePoint.
Ensure data quality and platform standards; participate in governance processes.
