The Senior Planning Engineer – Custom Network Migration Programs leads migration planning, cross‑functional collaboration, and risk management across nationwide customer programs.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting telecommunications, network migration, infrastructure, or transformation programs.
• Knowledge of network planning, implementation, and operations.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in complex environments.
• Customer-facing experience communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of project management, reporting tools, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Migration Planning & Execution: Develop and maintain migration plans, schedules, and roadmaps.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Planning, Engineering, Construction, Implementation, Operations, vendors, and customer-facing teams.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify, track, and mitigate risks to migration schedules and customer commitments.
• Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate migration plans, schedules, risks, and requirements; support customer meetings and reviews.
• Reporting & Program Support: Maintain migration trackers, metrics, and status reporting; provide executive updates.
