You will develop plans for OSP/ISP plant, monitor capacity trends, and define market strategies while collaborating with Transport, Field Operations, and other teams. Work-from-home within the United States is supported.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in planning/telecommunications
• Bachelor's degree; Master’s preferred for advanced roles
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Experience with cost budgeting and capital planning
• Proficiency with geospatial tools and design software

Responsibilities

• Develops plans for implementing new OSP/ISP plant construction or modifications
• Oversees capacity trends and optimizes network performance and cost
• Defines market-level strategies for short and long-term product transformation
• Supports cross-functional teams across transport, Field Ops, and Custom Networks
• Prepares plans/specifications and collects field data for CAPEX planning and budgeting
• Monitors project expenditures and ensures quality and timely delivery
• Oversees installation/construction and testing of plant facilities
• Keeps abreast of industry trends through journals, conferences, and customer interactions
• Requires minimal direction and guidance
