Humana is seeking a Senior RX Clinical Programs Pharmacist to integrate programs that improve health outcomes related to prescription drugs. You will oversee medication therapy, drive comprehensive reviews, and optimize drug use for patients on multiple medications.

The role emphasizes outbound patient engagement, education campaigns, and contributing to the department's strategy with considerable autonomy.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree (BSPharm or PharmD) and license to practice in required state(s).
• Strong organization and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team to achieve goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels.
• Ability to take initiative and handle multiple priorities efficiently.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Oversee medication therapy management and optimize prescription drug use.
• Lead strategy for comprehensive medication reviews and Rx education campaigns.
• Place outbound calls to confirm adherence and provide counseling.
• Contribute to departmental strategy and work with minimal supervision.
