Qualifications

• One year of residency training or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medication orders, approve appropriate therapy and monitor dosing.
• Review patient profiles for interactions and allergies.
• Coordinate pharmaceutical needs with physicians and nurses.
• Supervise Pharm.D. students and pharmacy staff; provide teaching.
