Responsibilities

• Verify new medication orders and check prepared medications.
• Oversee dispensing from the pharmacy and conduct clinical patient reviews for safety and accuracy.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and technicians to answer drug information questions.
• Monitor for drug interactions and adjust therapies as appropriate with privileges.
