Make-A-Wish America is seeking a Senior Manager, People Business Partner, to serve as a strategic advisor to business leadership and partner across teams to deliver our people strategy. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of human resources experience with 5+ years in an HR business partner role.
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
