Job summary

Make‑Wish America is seeking a Lead Manager for Corporate Alliances to manage national corporate partnerships, drive fundraising campaigns and secure in‑kind resources. This remote/hybrid role includes handling a multimillion-dollar portfolio and driving strategic activation across chapters and national partners.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in corporate sales or fundraising, Salesforce experience, and strong negotiation and communication skills; travel up to 30% within the United States may

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in corporate sales or fundraising/business development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, public speaking, sales, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing a multimillion-dollar portfolio and campaigns.
• Ability to deal with confidential donor/employee relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of a multimillion-dollar portfolio of national corporate accounts.
• Develops and enhances corporate partnerships through strategic planning, relationship-building, collaboration and negotiation.
• Negotiates corporate contract renewals and collaborates with legal counsel as needed.
• Creates and maintains partnership activation plans, impact reports and stewardship for the portfolio.
• Analyzes portfolio performance, revenue, and in-kind resources to determine ROI and growth potential.
• Enter and maintain information in Salesforce and participate in team meetings to enhance strategies.
